Erin Carn-Bennett is an experienced Nurse Educator and Senior Clinical Nurse with over 18 years of experience in emergency and paediatric healthcare in New Zealand.

She has held a range of senior nursing roles throughout her career, with a strong focus on clinical education, team development, and supporting healthcare professionals to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Erin completed a Master of Nursing at Massey University and has additional training in professional supervision and critical incident debriefing.

She brings extensive experience in designing and delivering practical, scenario-based training across a variety of healthcare settings. In addition to her clinical work, Erin is a professional writer with experience in innovation and media production, bringing a creative and engaging approach to programme design and delivery.

Erin is passionate about supporting healthcare professionals to build confidence in clinical care, with a strong emphasis on creating safe, supportive learning environments.

Her work focuses on helping individuals and teams develop communication, self-awareness, and decision-making skills that translate directly into real-world practice.
